Tamer Gozleveli, DO
November 17, 1952 - July 7, 2014

"When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure."
Dr. Tamer Gozleveli will be remembered by those who were fortunate enough to meet him, not only by his smile and charisma, but by the man he was; a caring physician, leader in the community, philanthropist and above all a devoted family man. Dr. Gozleveli was the founder of Primary Care Offices in Broward County and ran a busy practice in Pembroke Pines for over 20 years. He served as an NSU-COM clinical assistant professor and as Chief of the Department of Family Medicine at Memorial Hospital West. He was also actively involved on state and national levels as an advocate for healthcare policy and principles. Dr. Gozleveli was instrumental in regard to educating health care providers in the areas of quality care and patient satisfaction. Caring for his patients was always a priority. At Primary Care Offices we will continue to follow in his footsteps and keep his legacy running with the same principles and dedication he had envisioned. Dr. Gozleveli touched and saved many lives and his memory will be treasured. He will always be in our hearts. We want to express our gratitude for all the flowers, cards and thoughtful words from all his patients who loved him.

Farideh began her career in telecommunication industry with Motorola in 1982, she served in variety of roles such as manufacturing engineer, Systems Engineer, Supply chain manager, Engineering manager and director of SW development. During her 26 years career, she received many awards, recognitions and accolades for her capabilities in the fields of SW and Systems development, metrics & statistical analysis, development of new processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Her accomplishments earned much significant recognition within and outside of Motorola.

Farideh was one of a few female engineers inducted into Motorola Science Advisory Board (SABA), this honor was bestowed on an elite group of Motorola engineers (< 2%) who demonstrated the capability to produce creative, individual contributions to the technological progress of Motorola. She also earned Motorola Six Sigma Black Belt in recognition of demonstrated leadership and expertise in the application of Statistical problem solving and quality tools. Farideh’s accomplishments include a US Patent (US 20090170468 A1) for wireless devices and several Motorola engineering excellence awards.

During her engineering career, Farideh designed, developed and taught many courses as Adjunct Professor at FAU, NSU, BCC, FMU, and Motorola University in the area of manufacturing, Mathematics, Software engineering, and information technology to transfer her knowledge, enable and encourage her students to be creative, productive and enjoy perpetual learning. She was highly rated as an excellent teacher, communicator and mentor. 

Farideh’s experience in Financial Industry began immediately following her retirement from Motorola and as a consultant for American Express, Global Financial Services, Florida where she utilized her technical skills to develop forecasting Models.  

Farideh’s interest in Healthcare began in 1980’s when she worked on several projects with her husband Tamer Gozleveli DO at the University of Florida , Shands Teaching Hospital. Her interest in Healthcare remained heightened during her 36 year marriage to Tamer Gozleveli DO (a genuine, compassionate physician, leader, and mentor). They often collaborated on healthcare issues, problems and solutions. Farideh Joined Primary Care Offices in 2011 with the intention to revamp the tools and processes to better serve patients, improve quality care, and elevate operational effectiveness, efficiency and capabilities.
